Mississippi Mud Cheesecake

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a nine-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
  • Mix together the animal cracker crumbs, three/4 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon instantaneous espresso granules in a bowl. Pour inside the melted butter and blend until frivolously moistened. Press into the organized springform pan and set aside.
