Panettone Cake

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup candied fruit
  • 1 cup candied cherries
  • three/4 cup toasted complete almonds

Instructions :

Prep : 15M Cook : 10M Ready in : 1H15M
  • Preheat an oven to 350 levels F (175 tiers C). Grease and flour an angel meals cake pan.

  • Bake within the preheated oven until the top springs back whilst lightly pressed and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out easy, approximately 1 hour.
