Meat and Spinach Ravioli Filling

Ingredients :

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 half of cups clean spinach
  • 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/four tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1/four cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 big egg
  • half teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions :

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high warmth and stir in the ground pork. Cook and stir until the red meat is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any extra grease. Stir within the spinach and cook dinner until wilted, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and permit to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a bowl. Add the Parmesan, parsley, bread crumbs, olive oil, egg, garlic salt, and pepper and blend properly. Run the filling thru a grinder until clean (or puree in a food processor until clean).
  • The filling may be stored inside the refrigerator for as much as four days or in the freezer for up to three months.
